Self Storage Facility Proposed in South Boston

920 Development LLC has filed a Project Notification Form (PNF) to build a 4-story self storage facility on a vacant South Boston parcel. The proposal for 380-400 E Street calls for the construction of a 98,000 square foot building that incorporates sustainable building elements.  The plan also calls for approximately 16 on-site parking spaces. The proposed building would serve as a transition between industrial buildings and the St. Vincent’s neighborhood.
