The 6-26 New Street Notice of Project Change includes a decrease in the total project size to 11 stories and 5 stories, 163 total residential units,  68 parking spaces, and a stand-alone restaurant. All other public benefits previously included in the proposed project will be provided, including the provision of open space, construction of a Harborwalk, and a water taxi landing.
