Trinity Northampton Phase One Limited Partnership proposes the rehabilitation of the existing residential building at 35 Northampton Street, which was constructed in the mid-1970s.  The project's site is part of a 3.3 acre parcel owned by the Boston Public Health Commission and is bounded by Massachusetts Avenue, Albany Street, Northampton Street, and Harrison Avenue in the South End.  The project proposes to rehabilitate the existing 29-story, 234-unit building.  The small amount of existing office space within the building will be retrofitted to addit 11 units, all of which will be handicap accessible.  All of the project's 245 units will be affordable to households at or below 60% of area median income.  
275 Albany Street Notice of Project Change Wednesday, August 29, 2012, 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm Benjamin Franklin Institute of Technology Auditorium, 41 Berkeley Street, South End/Bay Village
 
BH Normandy 275 Albany Street LLC proposes the construction of two primary structures: a 19-story building fronting Traveler Street and an 11-story L-shaped building fronting East Berkeley Street.  It is anticipated that the Traveler Street structure will house up to 220 residential unites and the East Berkeley structure will serve as a 325-key hotel. In addition, the proposed project will include complementary retail uses, including a restaurant, and accessory parking with up to 165 parking spaces.
