Community meeting regarding MC-EB Realty LLC plans to develop a 5-story mixed-use project with a 177 room business hotel, two restaurant/retail sites, a parking area with 346 spaces, along with sidewalk and landscaping improvements. The project site is a 6 acre vacant lot on the corner of McClellan Highway and Boardman Street.
