  • 11 million SF are under construction for a $4.4 billion investment in Boston, representing, since January 2012, an increase of $1 billion and 3 million SF.
  • $2 billion of construction in housing (4,890 residential units)
    • 700 residential units in Downtown Crossing
    • 1,100 residential units in the Innovation District
