Under Construction: 120 Kingston Street

120 Kingston Street is a $130 million  residential building under construction on the Greenway at the edge of Chinatown. The 26-story building will include 240 rental housing units, a mix of 18 studios, 175 one-bedrooms, 43 two-bedrooms, and 4 three-bedrooms. The project also includes 70 parking spots on 3 levels and 4,500 square feet of ground floor retail slated for a restaurant with outdoor seating. 120 Kingston St is being developed by Forest City and Hudson Group North America. This is Forest City’s first development project in Boston. 120 Kingston Street broke ground in September 2012 and has an estimated completion date of summer 2014. 120 Kingston St_Aug2013
