Under Construction: Waterside Place

Waterside Place is a $120 million residential building under construction in the Innovation District. The 20-story building will include 236 units of housing, 10,000 square feet of ground floor retail, 7,000 square feet of space for start ups, and 140 parking spaces. Waterside Place is being developed by The Drew Company. Waterside Place broke ground in June 2012 and is slated for completion in early 2014.
