The Boston University Medical Center Institutional Master Plan Amendment/Draft Project Impact Report proposes modifications to the Institutional Master Plan previously approved in 2010, including a proposed addition to the existing Moakley Cancer Center; minor footprint, massing and phasing revisions to the proposed New Inpatient Building; relocation of the Energy Facility; replacement of the existing yellow utility tube across Albany Street with a new bridge for patient transport and materials handling; and addresses recently acquired property located at 100 East Canton Street, 123 East Dedham Street, and 575 Albany Street.   Four Corners/Upper Washington Community Meeting

  Viet Aid proposes the construction of 35 residential units and 3,200 square feet of commercial space in the Four Corners neighborhood.   In the Second Amendment to the Master Plan for Planned Development Area No. 87 Boston Landing LLC seeks new uses to be added to the Master Plan, including a research and development/ biotechnology and laboratory, a dwelling use, andstudio production use; andchanges to the Planned Development Area (PDA) land area for street(s) alignment. In the Fourth Amendment to PDA 46, NB Guest Street Associates LLC. seeks modifications to the Brighton Landing Parking Garage to allow for the construction of a new elevator core on the northeast corner as well as stairwell extensions and capital improvements to the existing elevator core; new uses on the site including research and development / biotechnology and laboratory, and studio production use; and changes to PDA land area for street(s) alignment.   St. Augustine's Church/School Community Meeting

201 E Street proposes two new projects. One project features the rehabilitation of the existing St. Augustine Church Building located at 225 Dorchester Street into 29 residential condominium units on three levels. The second project features new construction of 38 condominium units with an underground parking garage for 63 vehicles located at 205 E Street in South Boston.
