The Mayor’s Office of Arts and Culture (MOAC), in collaboration with the Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA), will be acquiring 290 North Beacon Street to be redeveloped into a long-term accommodation for the Allston-Brighton artist community as a result of the proposed redevelopment of 155 North Beacon Street.

A public hearing was held virtually on Wednesday, August 2, 2023 at 6:00 PM regarding the demonstration project plan for the site.
