Parcel L-43B, located at 41 Regent Street, is a 3,224 square foot vacant land parcel proposed for disposition in the Washington Park Urban Renewal Area. The Request for Proposals was issued in February 2017 and was due in April 2017. The Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) received one proposal in response, from CVJC LLC (Daryl Settles and Gregory Janey). They are proposing to construct a 14 unit condominium building by combining their adjacent 5,703 square feet parcel with the BPDA parcel, for a combined lot size of 8,927 square feet. The project will include two income restricted units.
