Comment Period Open

The comment period for the Chain Forge (Building 105) disposition project is now open until Thursday, April 3. You may provide your comment by navigating to the bottom of this page.  You may also send an email to the project manager, Scott Greenhalgh, at Scott.Greenhalgh@boston.gov.


The Planning Department held a community meeting on October 29th, 2024 to 1) review the public comments and draft RFP development objectives and 2) present the draft Alternatives for Brownfield Cleanup Analysis ("ABCA") report as part of the application for EPA Brownfields Cleanup Grant. 

The Planning Department is now preparing for the next community meeting, which will discuss the Design Guidelines and Comparative Evaluation Criteria of the RFP. Please sign up for the Neighborhood Email Updates to stay informed.
