Parking Garage Addition East - Phase 4, 12 Drydock Avenue, Boston, MA
Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Engineering Design services, including development of plans, specifications, cost estimates and construction administration. Approximately 550 additional parking spaces will be added to an existing 5 level concrete parking garage located at 12 Drydock Avenue, Boston, MA in the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park (RLFMP). Fee shall be negotiated with the finalist in accordance with M.G.L. c.7C, 47(b)(v).
