The Economic Development and Industrial Corporation of Boston (“EDIC”) d/b/a Boston Planning & Development Agency (“BPDA”), by its Chief Procurement Officer and acting as lead jurisdiction on behalf of the Boston Redevelopment Authority (“BRA”) also d/b/a Boston Planning & Development Agency (“BPDA”), is pleased to issue this request for information (“RFI”) for Real Estate Financial Advisory Services. The goal is to get industry feedback on the scope of services and contract structure.
