Work Order Agreements - Real Estate Design and Engineering Services
The Economic Development & Industrial Corporation of Boston (“EDIC”) d/b/a Boston Planning & Development Agency (“BPDA”), by its Chief Procurement Officer (“CPO”), and acting as lead jurisdiction on behalf of the Boston Redevelopment Authority (“BRA”) also d/b/a Boston Planning & Development Agency (“BPDA”), is pleased to issue this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) from design firms to perform Work Order Agreement (House Doctor) Services pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 7C, §§ 44-57 on an “as-needed” basis for a three-year contract period from approximately May 1, 2022 through April 30, 2025 in each of thirteen (13) work categories.
The scope of work will include a wide range of design services necessary for the improvement, maintenance, and disposition of BPDA-owned properties from investigating, evaluating, and preparing certifiable assessment studies to design, documenting, permitting and construction administration. Applicants must be Massachusetts-licensed professionals and/or the appropriate authorities to qualify.
