Request for Proposals (RFP) for the long term lease and redevelopment of Parcel P-12C in the South Cove Urban Renewal Area, Project No. Mass. R-92, located at 290 Tremont Street in the Midtown Cultural Zoning District and the Chinatown neighborhood of downtown Boston. The proposed project site has an approximate lot size of 29,153 square feet and is available for disposition through a long-term ground lease for redevelopment into a mixed use building that may include non-profit, commercial, and affordable and market rate housing uses, with an emphasis on affordable housing.
