The boardwalk reconstruction project is designated as Phase 1 with further work in a future Phase 2 to follow. The Site of this project is the Harborwalk at Old Drydock No. 2, a much traveled pedestrian route linking First Avenue to the CNY/Boston Ferry Terminal. Engineering investigation, design development and construction bid documents for this work will provide a boardwalk substructure and infrastructure improvements for the reconstruction of the timber boardwalk.
