Redevelopment and Ground Lease of 626-628 Warren Street
The purpose of this Request for Proposals ("RFP") is to solicit proposals for the redevelopment and ground lease of vacant land owned by the Boston Redevelopment Authority (“BRA”) doing business as the Boston Planning & Development Agency (“the BPDA”). This land consists of approximately 5,013 square feet of vacant land in the Washington Park Urban Renewal Area, Project No. Mass. R-24, Parcel 0, known as 626-628 Warren Street in the Grove Hall neighborhood of Boston (the "Property").
