The Boston Redevelopment Authority ("BRA"), through issuance of a Request for Letters of Interest (“RFI”), and, in accordance with the terms and conditions described herein, seeks Letters of Interest (“LOI”) from interested, able and ready proponents, to undertake the immediate redevelopment and utilization of 146-172 Condor Street, approximately seven (7) acres of property and one (1) acre of adjacent watersheet, located in East Boston and abutting Chelsea River, to its highest and best use, in accordance with applicable zoning which is Maritime Economy Reserve (MER), the East Boston Master Plan, BRA’s mission to promote economic growth and development in the City of Boston and governing Chapter 91 legislation, all without undue delay.
The RFI will be available for pickup beginning Wednesday, December 9, 2015, at the offices of;

The RFI is issued by the BRA in accordance with its usual policies, procedures, provisions and applicable regulations. BRA reserves the right to withdraw this RFI and reject any or all proposals, for any reason, at its sole discretion. Questions regarding procurement of the RFI can be directed to Dennis M. Responses to the RFI, shall be limited to a maximum of twenty (20) double sided sheets (8 ½” x 11”), not including covers and dividers. All pages should be numbered sequentially. Ten (10) copies of the bound LOI, must be returned, no later than 12:00 PM on Friday, January 29, 2016, to the BRA offices located at:
