R-24.The Parcel is available from the BRA for sale and development to create residential use. Preference will be given to the proposals that include homeownership units in the proposed project.
The Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) invites the community to attend a developer's presentation by CVJC, LLC on May 8, 2017, to discuss their proposed development of a BPDA-owned parcel at 41 Regent Street, Roxbury. The Proponent proposes to combine the BPDA parcel with its adjacent land at 64 Alpine Street, to construct a 15 unit condominium, targeting middle-income buyers, including some income restricted units.
