Commercial Property Management of the China Trade Center
The BPDA is pleased to invite Proposal(s) from Respondent(s) for Property Management Services including, but not limited to the following:
• Operations and maintenance oversight of the China Trade Center, financial reporting and accounting, preparation and management of annual budget.
• Provide staff assistance with on-site construction management and oversight of service provider(s)/third party contractor(s) working under contract with the BPDA as may be necessary to carry-out building maintenance and improvement projects at the China Trade Center.
• Payment of invoices to intervening service providers and contractors at the China Trade Center.
• Day to day building management (including tenant relations, vendor management, etc.), ad hoc or large project management.
