The Boston Redevelopment Authority (“BRA”) d/b/a Boston Planning & Development Agency (“BPDA”), is issuing an Invitation for Bids entitled “Landscape & Hardscape Work at the Charlestown Navy Yard” (the “IFB”). The IFB is issued in accordance with Massachusetts General Law c. 30, § 39M, as may be amended. The lowest responsible and eligible bidder will enter into a two (2) year contract (the “Initial Term”) with the BRA holding three (3) one (1) year options that may be exercised at the BRA’s sole discretion. In the event the BRA exercises the three (3) one (1) year options, the contract term shall be five (5) years.
The work generally consists of: planting, weeding and mulch, pruning, removing invasive plant material, fertilization of soil, deadheading shrubs, daily trash removal, soil building, and snow removal.
