Project Description
The Proposed Project located at 11 E. Lenox Street in Roxbury will be a transit oriented, smart development measuring approximately 43,564 gross square feet, consisting of 34 residential apartments across (7) levels, standing at 69 ft. in height. The project's unit mix consists of (4) studios, (6) one-bedroom units, (10) two-bedroom units and (14) three-bedroom units. The project will yield (4) on-site income restricted units at 70% of Area Median Income(“AMI”). Including (8) off-street parking spaces located at the ground level with direct access to bicycle storage and amenity space for all tenants in the building.
