Project Description
121 Brookside Avenue LLC proposes the redevelopment of the existing parking lot at 121 Brookside Avenue in Jamaica Plain. The Proposed Project includes the construction of a four (4)-story, mixed-use building with two (2) Artist Live/Work spaces and eleven (11) garage parking spaces on the first floor, and twenty-one (21) residential units on the floors above. The two artist units and two additional units will be income restricted.
