Project Description
The Proposed Project is a four story building comprised of forty two (42) residential units on floors two through 4. Level one consists of the residents lobby, bike storage and parking for 42 vehicles. There is also a loading/drop off area to service the building. The project site consists of an approximate 11,998 square feet lot fronted by Hyde Park Avenue at the corner of Dana Avenue near Cleary Square. The parcel currently has 2 vacant structures. The 2 story buildings are non descript residential structures that do not add vitality to the neighborhood shopping context. Landmarks Commission has already approved the demolition of this structure. The redevelopment of this site will compliment the existing neighborhood and recent newly developed sites in the Cleary Square Area.
