Project Description

The revitalization of the Project Site consists of a five-story residential building, containing fifty-four (54) dwelling units and twenty one (21) parking spaces. The fifty-four (54) units will consist of forty-four (44) studio units, eight (8) one bedroom units, and two (2) two bedroom units. All of the twenty-one (21) parking spaces are located internally to the building, at grade, concealed behind an active street wall and accessed via a proposed curb cut off Dana Avenue.
