Project Description
A residential use will be added to the Project, replacing the hotel portion. The new program will include approximately 115 residential dwelling units, replacing the previously approved 230 hotel rooms. The building envelope, height, small footprint floorplate, and exterior design will remain virtually unchanged from the 2018 Approvals. The mixed use project will maintain the previously approved accessory uses such as meeting and fitness spaces, publicly accessible food and beverage retail use on the ground floor, and other amenities, all of which are allowed uses in the Leather District.
