Project Description
1599 Columbus LLC, through its Manager, Urban Edge Housing Corporation, proposes the demolition of the existing buildings at 1595 - 1599 Columbus Avenue in Jamaica Plain, and the construction of a new six-story, approximately 80,000 square foot mixed-use building including approximately 65 units of affordable rental apartments and 4,000 square feet of non-residential space on the ground floor.
