Project Description
South Boston NDC is proposing an adaptive reuse of the former McDevitt Hall, a former convent of the St. Augustine Parish. The proposed program consists of the renovation and an addition to the existing building. The program will include 36 residential units, 35 of which will be senior affordable housing and one will be a resident manager unit.
