Project Description
The approved 217 Albany Street project is located at Albany and Herald Streets in the South End neighborhood and consists of the construction of a 14-story, multi-family residential building with new outdoor open space for use by building residents. The NPC requests to modify the unit mix to create more multi-bedroom units. The NPC would result in a decrease of overall units from 250 to 180, but an increase in bedrooms from 327 to 353, of which 46 of these beds are IDP/income restricted
