Project Description
25 Isabella Street LLC (the “Proponent”) proposes to substantially renovate and construct an addition to the existing Our Lady of Victories church building at 25 Isabella Street, Bay Village, Ward 5, Boston, MA 02116 for a total building of approximately 40,000 gross floor area and convert the legal use and occupancy of the building to a Multifamily Residential Use of 18 condominium homeownership units with a unit range of amply sized one-, two- and three-bedroom units and with approximately 18 on-site parking spaces and a dedicated bicycle room to store 18 bikes (collectively, the “Proposed Project”).
