Project Description
Chinese Consolidated Benevolent Association of New England, Inc. and Beacon Communities LLC (“Proponent”) proposes the construction of a six story building on the south parking lot of Tai Tung Village residential development. The proposed building will contain 85 affordable rental units, ground floor non-residential space and ground floor/surface parking for approximately 40 vehicles. All of the dwelling units will be rented to households earning 70% or less of the area median income.
