Project Description
The proposed PDA Development Plan consists of the redevelopment of approximately 235,600 square feet (5.4 acres) of land into a mixed-use development that will include 4 buildings totaling 1,073,000 square feet. The proposal is anticipated to include approximately 623,000 square feet of office/life science space in two buildings, approximately 352,750 square feet with 310 residential units in the other two buildings, approximately 50,000 square feet of retail/restaurant space.
