Project Description
Flatiron Energy is proposing the construction of an approximately 55,170 square foot, 2-story Battery Energy Storage System facility (“BESS”). The existing buildings on site total approximately 27,038 square feet and there is a surface parking lot with more than 100 off-street parking spaces. The Project will dramatically improve existing industrial site conditions and require significantly less off-street parking spaces.
