The proposed project consists of a new five-story building containing 19 residential units, primarily market rate, with 4 affordable units in accordance with the City of Boston’s Inclusionary Development Policy, situated at 352 – 354 Washington Street in Brighton. Two garage parking spaces will be provided, as well as bicycle storage for twenty-four spaces. The lot size is approximately 5,198 square feet and is currently occupied by a single-story commercial building operating as a liquor store.
