Project Description
The Small Project Review Application filed by 365 Western Ave, LLC (the “Proponent”) proposes to revitalize a currently underutilized site that is a commercial property with a car wash onsite. The Proposal is to provide quality housing with ample parking for families and young professionals. It will also improve the area's streetscape. The lot is 15,000 sq. ft. on the corner of Western Ave and Telford St. The Proposal will contain 65 units with 27-37 (37 with stackers) garage parking spaces.
