Project Description
The Proponent proposes to redevelop the 14,541 square-foot Project Site, which is currently occupied by a two-story brick industrial building and accessory surface parking, into a new nine-story mixed-use building consisting of up to seventy-one multi-family residential living units, with approximately 1,200 square feet of ground-level commercial space serving the local community, all totaling approximately 75,000 square feet of gross floor area. The new building will have seventy-one resident bicycle parking spaces within the building and fifteen visitor bicycle spaces, all in conformance with City guidelines, including the requirements of PLAN: South Boston Dorchester Avenue.
