Project Description:
the First Amendment to the Amended and Restated Development Plan for Planned Development Area No. 7 (“First Amendment”), includes an addition of approximately 19,500 square feet of floor area to the building located at 50 Staniford Street in the West End of Boston by extending, renovating and repurposing the ground level of the existing structure, with additional uses and related façade, site, parking/loading, pedestrian and vehicular access improvements.
