Project Description
The proposed project at 615 Albany is part of the Office to Residential Conversion Program. 615 Albany Street LCC (the proponent) is proposing the conversion of the existing 5 story, 19,200 square foot underutilized office space to residential use. Creating a 6 story ~20,000 square foot residential building with 24 units. Including: 12 studios, 1 1-bedroom, 6 2-bedrooms, and 5 3-bedrooms. 17% of the units will be IDP units and 3% held for voucher holders as per the Office to Residential Conversion Program standards.
