Project Description
The scope of the proposal includes the construction of a new four (4) story residential rental building of approximately 36,000 gross square feet with 34 residential units, ranging from studios to three‐bedroom apartments, along with nineteen (19) off‐street parking spaces, residential amenities and related improvements to site, landscaping and pedestrian and vehicular access.
