Project Description
Eden Properties, (the "Proponent") proposes to redevelop a project site comprised of three brownfield parcels totaling 33,820 square feet and located at 89-95 Brighton Avenue and 41 Gardner Street in Allston Village. The Proponent intends to create an approximately 120,052 square foot structure with 129 residential rental apartments, approximately 7,500 square feet of new retail space, 79 parking spaces, covered bike storage for 138 bicycles, and an on-site bicycle repair station.
