Project Description
The Project Site is comprised of discrete City of Boston Assessing Parcel Nos. 0203964000 and 0203963050, located at the southwestern corner of the intersection of New Rutherford Avenue and Austin Street in Charlestown, currently containing two surface parking lots. The project consists of four mixed-use buildings collectively containing residential units, including an extensive affordable housing program and artist live/work space, gallery space, commercial space, indoor recreational space, and early childhood education space within approximately 900,000 square feet of building space, together with an urban plaza and athletic fields, off-street parking spaces, and related site and public realm improvements.
