Project Description
The Proposed Project includes up to 320,000 square feet of office, clinic, and research and development uses, up to 8,000 square feet of commercial uses, and up to 161,200 square feet of parking with up to 300 parking spaces. The research and development uses expressly exclude laboratory use classified by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control as a Biosafety Level 3 or 4.
