Brighton PDA Master Plan

Boston Landing is a development in Brighton governed by a Master Plan that includes five development projects. The development spans approximately 15 acres of land. The projects include: 1) The New Balance Headquarters Project (100 Guest Street), 2) the Hotel Project (180 Guest Street, 3) the Office Buildings and Sports project which includes four components (2 office complexes, 1 Sports Complex and 1 complex devoted to life sciences uses, 4) a Sports Facility Project and 5) a Residential Project.
