Project Description
The Proposed Project reflects only one residential building that is subject to Small Project Review, which will include the demolition of an existing 12 unit building located at 387-397 Dudley Street. As a result of the demolition a new 24 unit residential building measuring approximately 34,328 square feet will be constructed. The unit mix will consist of nine (9) one-bedroom units, nine (9) two-bedroom units, three (3) three-bedroom units and three (3) four-bedroom units. All of the other buildings are being renovated, with no changes to unit mix or unit count. The overall project will have approximately 1,894 square feet of ground floor retail.
