Project Description
2085 Washington Street, the third phase of the redevelopment of Parcel 10 in Roxbury, consists of a 10-story building that marks the building’s prominent location at the intersection of Melnea Cass Boulevard and Washington Street, along with an accompanying 5-story brick clad massing fronting on Washington Street. All told, the project’s 128,000 square feet will contain a total of 96 units (64 income-restricted rental, 30 income-restricted homeownership, and 2 market homeownership), plus 24 below-grade parking spaces and 2,400 square feet of community facility and amenity space.
