Madison Tropical Parcel 10 (Buildings A & C)

This project is part of a three-phase development of Madison Tropical Parcel 10 which is sponsored by the development team of Madison Park Development Corporation ("MPDC") and Tropical Foods. Building A (phase I) includes the Tropical Foods Supermarket which was re-located from Building C (2101 Washington Street, phase II) consisting of 30 new units of which 21 are offsite affordable units related to the Belvidere/Dalton street project.
