Project Description:

The proposed Project is intended to be a phased development including the renovation and expansion of the Museum and School, consisting of new construction of up to 551,00 square feet of floor area. Phase One of the Project includes the demolition of up to 72,500 square feet of existing space, rehabilitation and refurbishment of up to 85,000 square feet of existing space, and construction of up to 169,000 square feet of new space in the Museum, together with landscaping and other Site improvements.
