Project Description
Marcus Partners, on behalf of MCP III Foundry, LLC (collectively, the "Proponent"), filed a Project Notification Form ("PNF") with the BPDA on April 2nd, 2021 for the proposed redevelopment of Parcels O and P, which have addresses of 1 Au Bon Pain Way and 3 Anchor Way, in the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park of the South Boston Waterfront. Pursuant to the PNF, the Proponent proposes the demolition of the existing structure on Parcel O to construct a new, approximately 219,000 square foot life sciences/research and development building, and an approximately 9,000 square foot adaptive reuse of the existing building on Parcel P to serve as amenity space for the tenants of the new life sciences/research and development building (collectively, the "Proposed Project").
