This Notice of Project Change proposes an increase in the total number of residential units, parking spaces, and commercial space from the originally proposed Project approved by the BPDA Board on February 13, 2014. The NPC proposes an increase from 44 residential units to 60 residential units, and from 30 parking spaces to 33 parking spaces. Commercial space is proposed to increase from 4,124 square feet to 5,690 square feet.
