Project Description

Building 2 will be a ten-story life science building containing: one level of below-grade parking; small retail and service uses supporting the building on the ground floor; upper-level lab/office use; and a one-level mechanical penthouse, for a total of 320,600 GFA. The specific type and mix of office, lab, and R&D uses will be determined in response to evolving market conditions and will be developed in collaboration with future tenants.
