Project Description
Suffolk University is proposing to amend the 2020 Suffolk University Institutional Master Plan (the “2020 IMP”) to add the conversion of 101 Tremont Street, an existing approximately 88,265 square foot office building recently acquired by the University, into a residence hall for students consisting of up to 280 beds, as a new proposed institutional project. The existing office building is located at 101 Tremont Street within the Downtown neighborhood of Boston (the “Project Site”).
